This 20 min morning flow starts low and ends high!  Getting you moving and ready for the day. 

In this practice we'll start with some slow spinal movements, from both seated and table top. Then we will flow into several asanas to help warm up and stretch our bodies, finishing the practice with standing movements to wake up our hips and ignite our balance for the day.
