In this practice we'll start with Ganesha Kriya, to help release mental and emotional blockages and warm up our shoulders and focus our breath. Then we will flow into several asanas to help warm up and stretch our bodies, focusing on inversions. We will finish the practice with a ten breath matra exercise from our Self-Care card deck. You can carry this mantra through your day!
