This 20 min morning flow starts low and ends high! Getting you moving and ready for the day.

In this practice we'll start with Alom Vilom, or alternate nostril breathing, to help cleanse and calm the nervous system. Then we will flow into several asanas to help warm up and stretch our bodies, finishing the practice with Chi Warrior a Kriya practice that helps release inhibition and anger, and develop balance and focus.
