This 20 min morning flow starts low and ends high!  Getting you moving and ready for the day. 

In this practice we'll start with a simple meditation, to bring awareness to our breath before learning a breath focused Kriya that helps balance energy on both sides of the body. Then we will flow into several asanas to help warm up and stretch our bodies, specifically working on opening the hips. Finishing the practice with a reading from The Bee Sisterhood oracle deck.
