This 20 min morning flow starts low and ends high!  Getting you moving and ready for the day. 

In this practice we'll start with Bahstrika, or bellows breath, to help with stress releasing, followed by 4 minutes of Cleanse and Activate Kriya to awaken our minds and bodies. Then we will flow into several asanas to help warm up and stretch our bodies, moving from seated to squatting to standing.
