Roaming Mat Roots, is a beginner-friendly, all levels practice that's perfect for new yogis and a great refresher for seasoned practitioners! In this practice, we'll begin with a quiet restful moment then move into multiple heart opener poses and backbends. We will also flow through Sun Salutation A, as we prepare for some deep backbends. We will close practice with one minute breath, excellent for calming the mind and body.
Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time or revisiting the basics, this class is designed to be accessible, nurturing, and fun for all. Together, we'll move slowly and mindfully, focusing on alignment, breath, and presence. You'll leave feeling grounded, calm, and connected to your body.
