Roaming Mat Roots, is a beginner-friendly, all levels practice that's perfect for new yogis and a great refresher for seasoned practitioners! In this practice, we'll begin with Ujaii breath practice then move into Prana Shakti Kriya to help balance upward and downward energy and warm up our upper body. We will also flow through multiple twisted variations of your favorite poses, and try out some binds. We will close practice with Bhastrika or bellows breath, a naval pumping breath practice.
Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time or revisiting the basics, this class is designed to be accessible, nurturing, and fun for all. Together, we'll move slowly and mindfully, focusing on alignment, breath, and presence. You'll leave feeling grounded, calm, and connected to your body. No prior yoga experience necessary - just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
